Jim Anderson
Extension: 103
Bio: Hello, my name is Jim Anderson and I would like to tell you a little about myself and how my real estate business has grown over the years.
I have worked as a realtor for the last 11 years. I was born and raised in Adna, where my wife Kathy and I live in the home we built 25 years ago. Today we work as a real estate team along with our daughter Rochelle. We have two grown children, Aaron and his wife Jaimie; and Rochelle and her husband Jason along with a beautiful granddaughter, Evie.
My knowledge of real estate practices has grown with my 11 plus years in the industry and 50 plus years in the community. My knowledge of the area is extremely helpful in guiding my clients toward the sale of their homes at the best price in the shortest time. The recent formation of our three person team, "The Anderson Group" is a show of commitment to providing the best possible service to our clients and colleagues.
I have earned the designation of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). This is a national organization that gives buyers the opportunity to choose an exclusive agent specialized in working for their interests in the purchase of homes and property.
I am also a REALTOR, I pledge to you... To protect the individual right of real estate ownership and to widen the opportunity to enjoy it; to be honorable & honest in all dealings; to seek better to represent my clients by building my knowledge and competence; to act fully towards all in the spirit of the golden rule: to serve well my community, and through it my country; to observe the Realtors Code of Ethics and conform my conduct to its lofty ideals.
I hope to have the chance to visit with you in the near future.... Jim.

Client Testimonials
Just a note to say thank's for all your help over the years. You always seem to be right there with the
info we need and ready to rush over and get papers signed at the drop of a hat. We appreciate you so much.
Thanks again for all you do for all of us.
Love,
Diana
I wish to extend to you my heartfelt thanks for all your help in the sale of my rental properties.
Your thoughtful considerations of my needs as a seller, for consulting me on all issues of the sale.
You impressed my renters as well as myself with your respectful consideration in the showing of the properties.
This helped me maintain pleasant relationships with them.
Over and above the "Call of Duty", Petra, you furnished housing for a renter who had to vacate to
insure the sale of one property.
Last, but not least, I feel I gained friends in the bargain.
Thanks again, I remain Respectfully yours,
Mildred H.
I'd like to thank you for all of your hard work, time and patience while assisting John and I in
finding "the perfect home"! It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to work so closely with a Realtor®
of your competence and integrity. While other Realtors® are merely trying to "sell houses to people",
you are dedicated to "helping people to buy a home." There's a huge difference and it takes someone
as special as you to care enough and to make that distinction! Keep up the good work and "Thanks a million!'
Best wishes,
Bonnie B. |
